How does approval and revisions work?
We send a draft or staging link, you drop feedback, we revise, then we publish when you approve. Clear checkpoints keep things from dragging.
What platforms do you build on?
Most builds are on WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify depending on the project. If you need e-commerce on WordPress, we use WooCommerce or subscription-based businesses can be done with Stripe links.
Do you include hosting and a domain?
Hosting and SSL are included. If you need a domain, we can provide one and manage it for you, renewals are handled annually.
Do you write the copy and provide images?
You can provide content, or we can help polish and structure it. Stock assets, photography, and heavy copywriting are typically add-ons.
Do I own my website?
You own your brand assets and content. If you choose the buyout, you also get a full handoff of ownership so you can take the site elsewhere without being tied to us.
What is the buyout / handoff?
It’s an optional one-time fee that covers packaging the full site, access, documentation, and a clean transfer plan. It’s for clients who want the subscription now but want the option to fully own and self-manage later.
Can you connect forms, booking, and CRM tools?
Yes. Common setups include Cal.com, HubSpot, Google, Mailchimp, WPForms, and Klaviyo.
Do you set up analytics and tracking?
Yes. We typically configure Google Analytics and Google Search Console plus conversion tracking when relevant.
Do you help with speed and SEO?

How do you handle security and backups?
We manage updates, backups, SSL, and standard hardening. If you need advanced security requirements, we’ll scope it as Enterprise or custom.
